From Truly's owner: "Bakers Acres is by far the best pet sitting place you could take your dog to! Sarah is super kind and extremely knowledgeable with dogs. She was incredibly accommodating even though we asked to leave our puppy there last minute. This is INFINITELY better than a kennel! The only time the dogs are put in their crates is for bedtime, as opposed to a kennel where they'd be in a small crate the entire time. My wife and I will absolutely be going back to Bakers Acres when we need someone to watch our dog!"

Chico's previous owner: "Need a dog sitter? Look no further. My 4 month old chihuahua has been in the hands of the Bakers multiple times. From a warm welcome, to great service, this is the place your dog will love to stay. Sara and her husband know how to work with dogs. The first time we left him there with them and went to go pick him up just a couple of days later he had learned a few things that Sara taught him, like stay until he was told to come and also learned to sit. Sara's a really sweet person and cares about the animals. We had just gotten Chico as our new fur baby and he needed his nails clipped, Sara offered and asked us if she could do it for him. We said yes and she did it so that was a kind thing for her to do! Another great thing is their dog Bandit is really sweet, he instantly got along with our tiny chihuahua and Bandit is a big Australian shepherd who cuddled with Chico at night (she sent pictures). Also their house is really clean and so is their fenced in back yard, they keep picked up after the dogs really well. They had 7 dogs in total the last time we were there and most of them were really big dogs, but Sara still managed everything from playing with them all, walking them all, feeding, keeping everything clean and keeping them well behaved and happy! Every time we've gone there, they've also opened the door with nice kind greetings and welcomed us into their home. Sara will also explain things to you. She's not the type to just take your dog at the door and say 'bye' to you. We can tell she really loves what she does and definitely recommend her to anyone with any dog of any size, she's great!"

From Emma & Zoe's owner: "Bakers Acres is such an excellent place to leave your dogs for a day or for longer trips. My two sweet mini dachshunds were always scared of other dogs until I started leaving them at Sara's. Now, they are used to being with many other dogs (large and small). Sara is wonderful with the dogs and is very knowledgeable about dog care and training. My dogs love going to Bakers Acres!"

From Chief's owner: "I was so glad to find Bakers Acres when last minute our sitter for our Chocolate lab had a change of plans the last minute. I was initially so worried about leaving him with someone I had never met, but Sara arranged to meet us beforehand, and the daily updates and pictures made me feel at ease. I was able to enjoy my vacation and my dog was too! When we took our beloved pet home he was so worn out from all the fun and what was great is that Sara reinforced the training we had been working on. We will definitely use Sara in the future."

From Taz's owner: "I was happy to find Bakers Acres when in need of a last-minute pet sitter. My Siberian Husky (Taz) had a great time staying with the Bakers- he didn't want to go home when we came to pick him up! I enjoyed the personal touches such as optional daily text messages or email updates about your pet. I felt that my dog was in good hands and had no worries leaving him here for the weekend. Pricing is really good- I paid less than I would have to board my dog with a vet and I know that he spent the majority of the time outside playing with the other dogs rather than sitting in a kennel all day. I would definitely recommend these guys if you are looking for a cheap, convenient pet sitter- without sacrificing quality for the great price!"

From Kingston & Laila's owner: "My wife and I decided to go on a 3 day trip but didn't have a lot of options on leaving our dogs with great care. We thought of a person that would come by our house to let the dogs out and feed them. We also thought about local dog kennels but that's just mean. I was so excited when we found Bakers Acres which was near our house. We were able to come and check out the place to make sure we felt comfortable in leaving our dogs there. Right away we knew that this family love dogs and we knew our dogs would be in good hands. We left a boxer and a cavalier and they got amazing care. The yard is big which the dogs got to play, they were fed and taken care of. Overall it was a great experience as it was convenient and we had a peace of mind when we were on our trip. The price is great for amount of love and care the dogs got. I'd definitely use this sitter again."

"Our dogs had never been to a 'sleepover'. We were lucky enough to see the Baker Acre add. I am so glad we did. They were most helpful in filling our needs in delivering our dogs. Our dogs were very nervous and scared, but Sara was wonderful with them. She was in constant communication with me for the 6 days we were gone. She won their trust and got them to make friends. Poor Pepper did not even want to eat in the beginning, but Sara worked with him and, and later he even enjoyed walks with her. Their dog Bandit is very friendly and loves having playmates. I was very happy with their service and will use them again in the future. Thanks for taking care of our fourleggeds Sara and Eric.
